Membership

To apply for membership of Beauchief Golf Club:

complete the application form overleaf
have it signed by your Proposer and Seconder, both of whom must be adult Members of two years continuous membership)
send the form with your payment to the Treasurer.

Applications are subject to approval of the Management Committee which meets monthly. Once approved, details are displayed on the Club notice board for two weeks before acceptance.

Please note – this procedure can take up to six weeks depending on the date on which the application is received.

The Etiquette Committee will contact all successful applicants and invite them to an Induction meeting.

Membership is approved for the current year and fees are due on the 1^st December. Members joining on, or after, 1^st September will carry forward their membership to the end of the following year.

If you have difficulty in finding sponsors, or have any questions about membership, you may contact any member of the Management Committee for assistance (see the list in the pro-shop).

Beauchief Golf Club is run for the benefit of its members. If you have any comments or suggestions to improve the Club, please write to the Club Secretary.

Membership details are kept on computer. The Golf Club is registered under the Data Protection Act 1984.
