What you need is
Headloaders!
The revolutionary new device to aid setting up model helicopters

Bolt on Head Loader in place of your existing blades and it will simulate the load of the blades without producing lift or cyclic effect. So now you can:-
* Set full throttle mixture quickly and accurately.
* Check for radio glitches at full throttle.
* Check tail and engine vibration effects on radio and gyro etc.
* Run as safely as a fixed wing aircraft for engine testing or any number of reasons.

In short you can test the mechanical integrity of your model helicopter safely on the ground, which then gives you full confidence when it is in the air!

The Experts Say

" In my back yard I solved a glitching problem on one of my models with Headloaders"- Bob Johnston, world class 3D pilot, sponsored by Robbe.

"I always test the machine out after a rebuild with Headloaders. It once showed up a hairline crack in a servo horn which I would never have found by inspection. It saved the machine from a serious crash which could have hurt someone"- Dave Brian, BMFA News.

"We always bed in a new machine or engine with Headloaders. They are also great for range checking with the engine running" - John & AdamWells, 3D and F3C pilots, sponsored by Bekra Models.

Headloaders are designed for 30 to 60 size helicopters with 4mm and 5mm blade bolts.
They are made from quality high tensile strength alloy and tested to the highest of head speeds to ensure structural safety.
Each arm weighs less than a normal blade and is merely fly bar diameter, which reduces centrifugal force on the head to a minimum.
You will find that you are able to alter the head speed to your preference by changing the tail rotor pitch. This method of additional loading of the tail rotor allows the use of Headloaders on 90 size glow and 23cc gas engines also. When making alterations to the tail rotor pitch the helicopter must be secured from yawing by tent pegs.

Spare whiffle balls can be purchased via any model shop that stock Headloaders.
