David Brian has been a concept engineer since 1978 when he first went into business converting and printing polythene. In his working life since 1967 he has been in many industries such as textiles, electrical engineering/electronics, soft drinks, polythene conversion and the printing industry.

He has been well respected in all these fields as an excellent lateral thinker and ideas man. He has contributed exclusive ideas to every market he has worked in. The most prominent being the flexographic and gravure printing industries. For 9 years he was managing director of a design and build engineering company who specialised in unique machinery and products in printing and many other industries. He has many revolutionary products and patents to his credit. His venture into carbon moulding has benefited many customers who have worked with his ideas.

Dave has been involved in carbon fibre moulding since 1995 giving Converting Developments resources the lead in repetitive moulding from precision metal moulds resulting in accurate and repeatable mouldings for many industries.
