We can evaluate the feasibility of special
moulding jobs and supply the tooling.

Our forte is in aerofoil sections and beam work up to 3.5 metres in length.
We are able to asses the strength, stiffness, and weight of a finished moulding apart from determining many other qualities required for the feasibility study. We will also decide the best moulding and lay up technique for cost effectiveness versus production and quality.
Obviously moulded products require that there is sufficient quantity to amortise your tooling costs.
